How do I add locale to ubuntu server?

Check which locales are supported:
```
locale -a
```

Add the locales you want (for example ru):

sudo locale-gen ru_RU

sudo locale-gen ru_RU.UTF-8

Run this update command:
```
sudo update-locale 
```
