This is not a bug, it is a feature.

As Anthony Wong says, when you install a DKMS package you are compiling the package yourself, thus, Canonical cannot sign the module for you.

Finally found the solution:

rm /usr/bin/java
update-alternatives --config java

Now it works by removing that binary, it was causing problems. Doesn't know if...

Python has a "standard library", which is included by default in Ubuntu.

The package name is

sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
