I am following the steps listed at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/FocalUpgrades/Kubuntu but when I run the following command

sudo do-release-upgrade -m desktop

I get the following output

Checking for a new Ubuntu release                                                                                                                                                                                                            

There is no development version of an LTS available.                                                                                                                                                                                         

To upgrade to the latest non-LTS develoment release                                                                                                                                                                                          

set Prompt=normal in /etc/update-manager/release-upgrades.       

Not sure why I am still cant upgrade to 20.04.1
